What payment methods do you accept?+
Premium plans accept credit cards (Stripe), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and anonymous cryptocurrency payments (BTC, ETH, XMR). For crypto payments, no email or identity is required.
Can I cancel my Premium subscription anytime?+
Yes. You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Your Premium features remain active until the end of the billing period. After that, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan — you keep all your data.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?+
Nothing is lost. All your passwords, cards, and identities remain in your vault. You simply lose access to Premium features (encrypted cloud backup, TOTP, Shamir recovery, etc.). Your locally-stored data is unaffected.
Do you offer refunds?+
Yes. We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund on all Premium plans. Email us at [email protected] and we will process your refund within 48 hours.
Is there a family or team plan?+
