Security isn't about perfect knowledge, it's about consistent habits that work even when you're tired, distracted, or stressed.

Weekly Password Manager Audit: Spend five minutes checking for duplicate passwords or accounts you no longer use. This builds familiarity with your actual accounts and makes suspicious requests more obvious.
